Thank you for your comment and interest in our Lavington model. This plan and house package was actually shipped to the Peace River District north of Dawson Creek, BC. As the majority of the packages we do sell (over 95%) are custom and not from our own plans this client preferred not to have any closets in the main entry, however if you would prefer one, we can quite easily add one in for you.

Where oh where is the coat closet?? I encounter this so much in looking at house building plans and it just seems strange to me, living in the pacific northwest that no one thinks to include a place for people to put their coats!

Of course! We encourage our customers to modify plans or start from scratch to create thier home exactly as they want it. Custom homes are our specialty!

For that reason I can’t share the layout of the home, but I can tell you that it has four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, utility room, outdoor storage room, and no pantry; however one can easily be incorporated into the layout. Love this home and design, this is very similar to what my husband and I are considering building within the next few years.

The vaulted pine ceiling is so bright and fresh.

I am very curious about the layout and the dimensions. Is there one bedroom or two and how many bathrooms? Is there a pantry or storage room?

This house was taken to lockup in 7 daysWith a 3 man crew!!! That is off the foundation to roofing on, house wrap , windows and doors in. Exterior finish complete in 5 days same crew !!!

Great suggestion! All of our plans are designed for suggestions and ideas and we encourage our customers to modify the plans to suit or bring us plans they may already have. Custom homes are our specialty!
